- Guests will appreciate the nearby quiet and uncrowded beaches of Bay County.
- Please note that Sugar Sand Community does not permit street-side parking; however, communal parking is available for residents.

Other Important Notes
- The guest accommodations can comfortably sleep up to 18 people.
- A strict minimum age requirement for renters is enforced.
- Elevator service may be slower because of the remote beach location.
- We will address any elevator issues as quickly as local service providers can manage.
- Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. This property allows 2 dogs up to 50 pounds each, please call for details.

"Our family stayed at this beautifully decorated beach house the week of Fourth of July. The balconies were a front row seat to several amazing fireworks display. We could see the fireworks from Mexico Beach and the Cape. The house was a great set up for us. The grandparents stay on the main living floor for easy access to the kitchen. They loved the recliners in main living area with the wall of windows overlooking the water. We loved having a coffee bar right outside of one of the master bedrooms. It made it so easy to enjoy the mornings on the balcony drinking our coffee overlooking the beach. The kids loved having the hot tub , ping pong table, and foosball table and it entertained them for hours. We plan on returning on our next visit" - Anonymous

"Scalloping with nearby Boat Slip We loved staying at Fins with Benefits during the scalloping season. We were able to store our boat 5 minutes away at the Mexico Beach canal slips for the week. The proximity made boating and scalloping super easy and convenient. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after returning from boating every day. The outdoor TV and grill was nice for evenings and we enjoyed playing cards at the high top table. The beds were plush and extremely comfortable and we loved having a TV in every room. The fourth floor master suite was the “show stopper “ with its panoramic water views and a soaking tub in the bedroom to enjoy the views. The beaches were beautiful and not crowded. Yes — we have private, on-site parking for multiple vehicles, including space for boats or trailers. Parking is free, secure, and right on the property — which is a major convenience compared to many rentals near Panama City Beach.

While our home does not have a private pool, we think you'll love what we do offer even more. Relax in our private outdoor jacuzzi tub, tucked under a covered patio with a TV — perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
And just steps from the house, you’ll find a beautiful, upscale community pool that’s just as close to the beach as you can get.
